If your gift voucher is below the published event ticket price the recipient will be required to purchase the additional difference as a new voucher.
If you redeem your voucher against an event that is below your voucher value you may carry the balance forward to another event. If the balance carried forward is below a published ticket price you will be required to purchase the additional difference as a new voucher.
