About The Event
Get creative, be inspired and let you mind unwind at one of our Art & THRIVE social painting evenings. Experience how it feels to slap a bit of paint around, find your inner artistic sole, create a picture and feel good about it.
The original painting, Lavender Iris was painted by Georgia O'Keeffe in 1951. Georgia O'Keeffe was an American artist who painted nature in a way that showed how it made her feel. This graphic style of painting uses bold colour and subtle tone. Learn how by using some simple fun techniques you too can create your own version of this picture. So why not throw caution to the wind, go with the flow and just lose yourself for a few hours painting. Come and have a go and amaze yourself at what you can do!
Absolutely no experience necessary. Step by step guidance is given.

Located opposite Lochinver House School, this hidden gem is a friendly and hospitable venue for our social painting evening. Just right for relaxing and letting your mind unwind while you paint.
If you're feeling peckish while you paint they have a selection of grazing food options for you to purchase. Food is available from 12pm onwards so plenty of time for a bite if you're coming straight from work. Art & THRIVE evening starts at 7:30pm.

Some events may include a welcome complimentary glass of wine and will be included in the ticket price, however this is a discretionary offer and is subject to individual venues and events.
