An introduction to drawing and painting like Degas. There is nothing scary about drawing people when you are shown how.

Observing and drawing from real-life teaches you so much more!

How to use simple techniques that will help build your confidence in figure drawing skills.

No exprience necessary. Beginners welcome.

This short course of 4 sessions will help you to:

Observe and take note of the building blocks to draw more accurately.

Construct and draw the pose, posture and balance in your drawing.

Take a closer look at head, hands and feet.

Explore different medium and styles using Pencil, Charcoal, Pastel, Pen and Paint.

The course includes:

Full tutoring, life model, good lighting and comfortable venue.

To participate in this class you will need: a range of pencils and pens of your choice and a sketch pad. Patels and paints and other medium are optional. For help with art materials please contact info@artandthrive.com for a list of materials and links to stockists.
